Leander is building and remodeling faster than almost anywhere in Central Texas, and that makes a lot of what we haul. New-build packaging and framing scrap, remodel tear-out, moving leftovers, and the garage that filled up two years after closing.
Framing scrap, drywall, packaging, crating, old cabinets and counters, flooring and trim tear-out. We handle the loads too small to justify a roll-off sitting on the lot for two weeks, and we can clear a site between phases.
Boxes, packing material and the furniture that did not survive the move, or whatever the last owner left in the garage. Fast turnaround when a closing date or a lease end is driving the schedule.
Full clear-outs of garages, sheds and storage units. We sort donate, recycle and dump as we load so you are not deciding on every box.
We bring the saws. Cut down, broken up, hauled out, and the pad or the yard left clean. Common in the newer neighborhoods where the first owner is moving on.
Can't take: hazardous chemicals, wet paint, asbestos. Ask anyway and we'll point you to the right disposal site at no charge.
Single items are $165 on demand. By trailer size it is $305 for a quarter, $585 for a half, $730 for three-quarters and $880 for a full trailer, all plus 8.25% Texas sales tax. Mattresses, box springs and large TVs add $40 each for the landfill fee. In Lago Vista on Saturdays, curbside single items are $99 plus tax, which is already discounted and does not combine with other offers.
Heavy material like concrete, dirt, tile and shingles is priced by weight, and whole-house cleanouts, commercial jobs and anything with unclear access get a free onsite estimate with no obligation. We give you the ladder above as a starting point and confirm the firm number in person.
A lockbox or gate code is enough for both the estimate and the job, so you don't have to be there.
Anywhere in 78641 and the surrounding neighborhoods. No travel fees inside the standard service area.
No obligation. Firm price given in person. Or call (512) 522-8552.
Have photos? Text them to (512) 522-8552 after you submit. They help us plan the visit, and the price still comes from the onsite estimate.
No obligation. We confirm a time, come look, and price it in person. We use your details only to contact you about this job. See our privacy policy.
Yes. Certificate of insurance naming your company is available the same day, W-9 on file, and weight tickets with tonnage come back after every disposal run for your job file. Standing arrangements are available for crews running continuous work.
Often, for the jobs where a roll-off is overkill. You are not paying for a container to sit on the lot for a week, and there is no permit or driveway damage to worry about. We will tell you honestly at the estimate if a dumpster is the better tool for your job.
We run 7am to 7pm, seven days. Weekend slots are normal, and we will set a real arrival window rather than a four-hour range.
At the free onsite estimate. Heavy material like concrete, dirt, shingles and tile is priced differently from light material like lumber and packaging, which is exactly why we look at it in person instead of guessing from a photo.
Free onsite estimate, no obligation. Most jobs done same or next day.
